Why is the link I want to save blocked?

PikPak is committed to providing users with a secure and healthy environment. There is certain content universally recognized as extremely harmful online, such as child sexual exploitation material, sexual abuse content, terrorism-related content, and extreme violence and gore. When saving online content, users may inadvertently access such resources.
To this end, we provide a channel for reporting violating content and will review all reported items. If the content is confirmed to pose severe harm, it will be blocked.
We always adhere to the review principles of respecting cultural diversity and minimizing intervention to the necessary extent. However, misjudgments may still occur during the review process.
If you believe your content has been wrongfully blocked, you are welcome to submit an appeal for re-review via the appeal function within the app. We will conduct a re-assessment and notify you of the result upon completion of the process.
